Accommodation and Tenancy Support

Vitality Support Care's accommodation and tenancy support (NDIS group 0101) helps participants find suitable housing, complete rental applications, understand tenancy rights, resolve landlord issues and build the skills to sustain a tenancy — across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Three pillars

Find it. Keep it. Run it.

01

Finding a home

Searching that respects your preferences, budget and access needs; inspection support; application preparation that presents you well.

02

Keeping a home

Plain-language help understanding your lease and rights as a Victorian renter; advocacy when there's a dispute or repair issue; support at VCAT-related appointments where needed (as support, not legal advice).

03

Running a home

Practical coaching in budgeting for rent and bills, home maintenance basics and being a good neighbour — linked with our life skills program.

Questions

Tenancy support questions

Is this the same as SIL?

No — SIL funds support in your home; accommodation and tenancy support helps you get and keep a home. Many participants use both.

Can you help me apply for private rentals?

Yes — we help you search, prepare applications that present you well, and support you at inspections.

Can you help if I'm at risk of eviction?

Yes — we provide advocacy with your landlord or agent, plain-language help understanding your rights, and support at VCAT-related appointments where needed.

A stable home changes everything.

Let's find and keep yours.
