Community Nursing Care at Home
Vitality Support Care provides NDIS community nursing (group 0114) across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Registered nurses deliver wound care, medication management, catheter and continence care, diabetes support including insulin administration, post-operative care and comprehensive health assessments — at home, in supported accommodation or in the community.

Our nursing team brings registered-nurse care to participants' homes and to every Vitality SIL and MTA property. That means fewer trips to clinics, earlier detection of problems, and clinical eyes on the participants who need them most.
