We provide induction and ongoing training (including high-intensity competencies with our nursing team), consistent rosters with participants you get to know properly, and leadership you can actually reach.
Who we're looking for
Business Development Manager
Grow referral partnerships with Support Coordinators, hospital discharge teams, plan managers and allied health professionals across Melbourne and regional Victoria. You'll own the referrer relationship pipeline, represent Vitality at sector events and property tours, and work directly with the Director. NDIS sector network strongly preferred.
