Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

Vitality Support Care provides NDIS life skills development (group 0117) across Melbourne and Victoria — structured, goal-based coaching in cooking, budgeting, public transport, communication, household management and personal organisation, building measurable independence over time.

Our philosophy

Support that works itself out of a job

Every skill you build is support you no longer need. We set concrete goals with you — cook five meals unassisted, travel to TAFE independently, manage a weekly budget — break them into steps, practise them in real life, and track progress your coordinator can see in our reports.

Where it leads

The pathway to independent living

Life skills coaching is how participants graduate — from family home to shared living, from 1:1 to 1:3 support, from our homes to their own. It pairs naturally with SIL and our accommodation-and-tenancy service.

Questions

Life skills questions

How is progress reported?

Written goal-progress reports your Support Coordinator can use for plan reviews.

Can sessions run in my language?

Yes — skills stick best when taught in the language you think in.

Pick a goal. We'll build the steps.
