Travel and Transport Assistance

Vitality Support Care provides NDIS travel and transport assistance (group 0108) across Melbourne and regional Victoria — driving participants to appointments, work, study and community activities, accompanying them on public transport, and delivering travel training toward independent travel.

Why it matters

Getting there shouldn't be the hard part

Missed transport means missed appointments, missed shifts, missed people. Our workers drive you where you need to be, accompany you door-to-door, and — where it's your goal — train you to make the trip yourself.

Scope

What we cover

  • Medical and allied health appointments
  • Work and study
  • Shopping and errands
  • Social and family visits
  • Community and group activities
  • Airport and regional connections by arrangement
  • Public transport accompaniment and travel training
Safety

Safe and accountable

Screened drivers, insured vehicles, mobility-aid friendly transfers, and punctuality treated as a clinical duty — because for dialysis, infusions and specialist reviews, it is.
