High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities
Vitality Support Care is NDIS-registered (group 0104) to deliver eight high-intensity support types: complex bowel care, enteral feeding (naso-gastric, jejunum or duodenum), tracheostomy management, urinary catheter management, ventilator management, subcutaneous injections, complex wound management and severe dysphagia management — delivered by trained workers under registered nurse oversight across Melbourne and Victoria.
Complex care, without the institution
High support needs shouldn't mean living in a clinical setting. Our high-intensity team brings hospital-grade competency into ordinary homes — including our own SIL and MTA properties — so participants with complex medical needs can live where everyone else lives.
We are registered to deliver
- Complex Bowel Care
- Enteral (Naso-Gastric Tube – Jejunum or Duodenum) Feeding and Management
- Tracheostomy Management
- Urinary Catheter Management (In-dwelling, In-out, Suprapubic)
- Ventilator Management
- Subcutaneous Injections
- Complex Wound Management
- Severe Dysphagia Management
How clinical governance works here
Every high-intensity support runs to a written care plan developed with the participant's treating health team. Support workers complete competency training and assessment for each procedure, and our registered nurses supervise, re-assess and audit delivery. We also manage day-to-day medication administration and the safe disposal of clinical waste, in line with our registration conditions.
Why coordinators refer complex participants to us
The combination matters: accommodation (SIL/MTA) plus high-intensity registration plus in-house nursing means one provider carries the whole risk picture — no gaps between the housing provider, the care provider and the clinical provider, because they're the same team.
