Vitality Support Care holds NDIS registration across twelve support classes, covering accommodation and tenancy, personal activities (standard and high-intensity), community nursing, travel, home modifications, shared living, community participation, life skills, household tasks and group activities. Services are available NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed.

How your funding works with us

We work with every plan management type

Whether your plan is NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed, we invoice in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, provide transparent service agreements before any support starts, and send progress and incident reporting that Support Coordinators can actually use.

New to the NDIS?

A plain-language starting point

The NDIS funds supports for Australians under 65 with a permanent and significant disability. Your plan sets out budgets for core supports, capacity building and capital items — and you choose the providers who deliver them. If you're unsure what your plan covers, call us on 0450 906 808 and we'll walk through it with you in plain language, or in Dari, Pashto or another community language.

Questions

NDIS questions, answered

Can you support participants with high-intensity needs?

Yes. Our registration covers eight certified high-intensity support types including tracheostomy, ventilator management and enteral feeding, delivered by trained workers under registered nurse oversight.

Do you take plan-managed and self-managed participants?

Yes — NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants are all welcome. We invoice in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Can I keep my current support workers if I switch to Vitality?

Yes — where possible we onboard your existing support workers during transition, so the faces stay the same while the provider behind them improves.

Do you provide behaviour support?

We implement Positive Behaviour Support plans developed by registered behaviour support practitioners, including supports involving restrictive practices, in line with our NDIS registration.
