Vitality Support Care provides NDIS-funded personal care across Melbourne and Victoria — showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal support and medication prompting — delivered at home or in supported accommodation by screened workers, with gender-matched and language-matched staff available.

We earn it with the basics done properly: workers who arrive on time, who you've met before, who respect your privacy and routines, and who speak your language. You choose the gender of your worker. You set the routine. We fit in.
